Setting up an
account by phone:
To set up an account by phone
please call (608)836-7771. You will need
the following information to set up an account:
- Agency Name
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Email Address
- You must be an authorized State
of Wisconsin purchaser to order on the
State bid.
Setting up an
account online:
To set up an account online
please click on the following link and a new
window will open up where you can fill in all
the necessary information. After this
information is filled in you may start placing
orders online. You may be contacted via
email or telephone if any further information is
required.

Online
Ordering Instructions
To place an order online you
must have either created an account online or by
phone. Once you have created an account
you can log in online at the following link:
Log into you account online
Once logged into your account
you can browse the categories in the left column
to drill down to the items you need.
If you are looking for specific
items our find and quick search boxes on the
right side of the screen are useful tools.
Type in part numbers or a general description of
the product you need and our online system will
find it.
Once you have found the items
you are looking for click on the "buy now" or
"add to cart" buttons to place the item in your
shopping cart. After you select the item
you will be taken to a screen where you can
update the quantity you would like to purchase.
Once you have selected all the
items you would like to purchase please click on
the "checkout" button on the top-right corner of
the screen and follow the checkout instructions
from screen to screen.
